The 2011 SC State Dance titles mean so much more since we had so many challenges. The week before competition two of the dancers had the flu and our singer had a sinus infection. This was added to the fact that in the last few weeks one of your members was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease and another had a surgery on her kidneys. We even performed with one young lady wearing knee braces. Therefore, I could not be more proud of how hard this group worked. They are a true team. They worked very hard together to over come all the issues and prayed together to achieve the top honors. I truly believe that is what it is all about.
